Once received we will refund you for the bottles purchased.
For damaged bottles please contact us, once evidence of damaged is received we will refund.
We have proof of postage for all orders sent out, if order is not received after sending we will try and obtain compensation from the mailing company on your behalf.
Our warehouse scan all products in before shipping and check weigh final products, we also photograph every order we ship out before handing over to the shipping companies to reduce problems and help with any shipping claims.
We supply all of our customers with a link to track and obtain information regarding their delivery.
