Information about Poppers

Our website exists for our customers to purchase room odourisers in a secure and reliable online environment, we sell room aromas that are known by the popular name of poppers, we do not sell any of our products as poppers or do we condone their use for any activity except as a freshner for rooms.

We will not supply anyone who intends to use our products for anything other than as a room aroma.

Delivery Information

We aim to keep all our products in stock all the time. All in stock orders placed up to 15.30 will be dispatched the very same day and sent out second class in the UK, first class and next day delivery options are also available for a nominal fee to cover the additional costs, we get proof of postage with all deliveries and are happy to send you a copy if required. Larger orders will require a signature as proof of delivery.

International orders are sent out the quickest way with E.U countries receiving there orders within 2 - 3 days of ordering.

All orders are sent out in plain unmarked packaging. All packages once in the postal system become the property of the Royal mail and therefore we cannot be responsible for missing packages etc.

If your package is missing, you will need to make a claim with the Royal Mail, we will happily help you with your claim by supplying you with proof of postage receipt that we hold on record.

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase from 11Web please post your item back in a sealed Jiffy Bag to the address on our contact page, with your name and order number and we will refund your purchase and original postage amount.
Refunds will only be accepted up to 7 days from the date of receiving the goods from Top of the Poppers and must be made in writing by post or by email, full contact details are available on our contact page.
Only whole sealed bottles will be refunded and refunds will only be paid up to 7 days from purchase date.
